The shipping was fast. The packaging was very secure to prevent any breakage. Love it! .

Ordered beginning of September took about a month to come (US). Box was damaged but honestly it was packaged really well and the mug came without any damage. I like the quality and feel of it and it was priced well.

This is second time I order this cup. I like it. It keeps hot coffee hot because void between glass surfaces. And good design. It arrived quickly and was well packed so no damage.
