okay, this review is a contradiction. it 5 stars because of the interaction not the product. this item has a major manufacturing error. the error however is fixable and I will share an option for the fix. the seal on this item is inadequate and within one to three uses, water will get inside and the product will be inoperable. that said in order to keep water out, you must reinforce the seal with waterproof sealing tape. you can get some from a hardware store in the plumbing section. make sure also (primarily) to seal the section where the power cable intersects with the product. this is the primary location for water leaking into the product. if you take this into account this makes this item 100% amazing and useful for the cost. as for the seller: by selling this item you are setting yourself up for many returns and refunds. I must be 100% clear I’ve purchased 3 of theses products. 2 failed and I got a refund. the third one is shipped. I already know it’s defective.

Haven’t used it yet but it came on time and intact not damaged….. looks like it works well and very portable( can use any size bucket/ container.
Purchased two other ones in the past that I wasn’t completely satisfied with so figured I would try a upgraded version and this seems to be exactly what I was looking for. I will update review if otherwise.
