Received 1 pillow. The picture is deceiving since it shows 2 pillows, but I actually only expected one after reading some of the reviews. As for the quality, I think it O.k. It’s definitely not stuffed very thickly, but sometimes an under stuffed pillow is more comfy than an overstuffed pillow, so that might not be all bad. The feel is nice.
